Justin I. Medellin is the Director of Operations where he focuses on Lemon Law, personal injury, and consumer protection matters.

With eight years of hands-on experience in plaintiff personal injury, combined with fifteen years of leadership in public education administration, Justin brings both strategic skill and a deep personal passion for helping underserved and marginalized communities obtain justice.
Before transitioning into law, Justin spent fifteen years in public education, opening and growing start-up schools, managing, hiring, budgeting, grant writing, and operations. These roles taught him how to support people through complex and difficult situations, experience he now channels into compassionate client advocacy. Since entering personal injury, Justin has built strong expertise in every aspect of case development, including client intake, investigation coordination, medical management, evidence gathering, witness preparation, negotiations, and litigation preparation.
Justin zealously focuses on securing compensation by personally meeting with clients to understand not only the facts of each case but also its profound emotional and financial impact on their lives. Justin earned his Juris Doctor from the University of West Los Angeles School of Law in 2025, where he received the prestigious Witkin Award for Academic Excellence. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of La Verne (2015). He is currently awaiting admission to the California State Bar.
